Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ba333 website (https://ba333.pro), mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, features, and content operated by ba333.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the ba333 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the ba333 account balance that holds deposited funds and winnings in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any sports bet, casino game stake, or other real-money transaction placed by a Player on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ba333 subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone governing all ba333 deadlines, promotional periods, and support hours.
• "Restricted Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or who has been self-excluded from the Platform.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the ba333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any other party.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each eligible player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ba333 Platform. Opening, operating, or maintaining more than one account — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If ba333 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any funds held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba333 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ba333 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ba333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ba333 may request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before ba333 processes any withdrawal request, you may be required to complete the KYC identity verification process. This may include submitting copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. ba333 processes all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ba333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba333 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your ba333 account and may vary by payment method. ba333 reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time. Players will be notified of any significant changes to deposit or withdrawal limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ba333 wallet within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment network. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. ba333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four hours for bKash and Nagad, seven days a week including public holidays in Bangladesh. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification prior to processing. ba333 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing withdrawal funds in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.5 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses on the ba333 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a player deposits using a payment method that processes in a different currency, the amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ba333 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ba333 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

ba333 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously breached these Terms, who are operating duplicate accounts, or who ba333 suspects of abusing promotional offers may be excluded from receiving bonuses. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

5.4 Free Spins

Free spins, where awarded, are valid only on the specific game or games designated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements. Free spins have a set validity period after which unused spins will expire without compensation.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the ba333 Platform are subject to acceptance by ba333. ba333 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed applicable stake limits or that ba333 has reason to believe are placed in bad faith. A bet is not accepted until you receive written confirmation displayed on the ba333 betting interface.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

ba333 offers betting markets on cricket — including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other global tournaments — as well as football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. All sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result declared by the relevant sporting governing body.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; the bet was placed after the event has started and in-play betting was not offered; the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error; or where ba333 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Void bets are returned at the original stake amount.

6.4 Multi Bet Accumulators

ba333 supports multi-bet accumulator wagers allowing players to combine up to ten selections in a single bet slip for combined odds. If any selection within a multi bet is declared void, the stake for that selection is removed and the remaining selections stand. 6.5 Palpable Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"), ba333 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the original stake, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. A palpable error includes situations where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a pricing feed failure or human input error.

Casino & Games

ba333's casino section includes slot games, live dealer tables, crash games, and other gaming content supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. 7.1 Game Outcomes

ba333 has no control over the outcome of any individual game round. Intellectual Property

All content on the ba333 Platform — including but not limited to the ba333 logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, game assets, software, data feeds, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ba333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the ba333 Platform without the prior written consent of ba333. Any unauthorised use of ba333's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if ba333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ba333's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ba333 wallet during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

ba333 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ba333 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most recent version of the Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ba333 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
